At CxC, Sener drives data-led strategy by combining market analysis with intelligent automation. He identifies high-impact opportunities through both qualitative and quantitative signals, and helps implement scalable solutions powered by AI and systems thinking.

His background includes work in forecasting, consumer research, and competitive analysis—most notably at Vans Shanghai, where he developed a collaboration trend model and supported go-to-market planning with audience segmentation and brand positioning tools.

Sener holds a BA in Economics and a Master’s in Organization Management & Strategy from NYU. He works fluidly across languages and contexts, with a sharp understanding of cultural and consumer dynamics. At his core, Sener is driven by the belief that data—when read with imagination—can unlock meaningful, forward-moving decisions.

He has worked on strategic consultancy for intercultural collaboration and economic development programs with OECD and the EU in the Middle East, developed urban identity strategies with cultural and economic impact in Berlin and Bordeaux, and contributed to the international positioning of brands.

Chief Commercial Officer
Eric Qu is a seasoned retail and commercial strategist with over two decades of experience driving sales growth, retail transformation, and marketplace innovation. As Chief Commercial Officer at CxC, he is leading the development of immersive retail concepts, creating dynamic physical and virtual spaces, and harnessing AI and data-driven insights to shape the future of commerce. His expertise helps businesses optimize commercial performance, enhance consumer engagement, and adapt to an evolving retail landscape.

Previously, Eric led Converse China’s wholesale business, scaling it to nearly 3 billion RMB in net sales while enhancing store productivity and marketplace execution. Prior to that, he spent over 13 years at Nike China, where he played a pivotal role in growing strategic accounts, expanding retail operations, and strengthening key industry partnerships. His deep understanding of consumer behavior, data-led decision-making, and innovative retail models makes him a trusted advisor in shaping the future of commerce.

Beyond business, Eric is a passionate runner, skier, and scuba diver—always seeking new challenges, just as he does in helping brands navigate the next era of retail.

Hasan is a seasoned business leader with 25+ years of global experience in corporate as well as entrepreneurial ventures. He has driven innovation, product creation, design, and consumer experiences at top brands such as Nike, Converse, and Vans. During his Global Leadership roles he specialized in consumer & creative strategy, design, market growth including Speed to market and Hyperlocalization.

Hasan began his Digital journey in 2000, blending digital transformation expertise with consumer engagement. With two Master’s degrees from Germany, he combines engineering and marketing, leading dynamically across Europe, the USA, and China + APAC.

Fluent in multiple languages, he excels in cross-functional, multicultural environments.

Beyond the day-to-day work, Hasan is deeply committed to mentoring and supporting Tech-startups and is specialized in immersive and AI, as well as contributing to various community initiatives. He is a strong advocate for leveraging education and physical activity to foster healthier, more sustainable communities.
